Our Story

Our journey began with a shared observation: small businesses from various industries were struggling to keep up with increasingly complex Health and Safety requirements. While large corporations had entire departments dedicated to compliance, smaller firms often lacked the time, expertise, or budget to navigate OHSA obligations, WSIB claims, and industry-specific regulations. We saw passionate entrepreneurs and tradespeople working hard to grow their companies, yet facing avoidable risks, costly incidents, and missed opportunities due to limited access to professional safety support.

Recognizing this gap, as Health and Safety professionals we came together with one goal: to make compliance and certification achievable for everyone. We founded HS Enterprise to provide small organizations with the same level of expert guidance, tools, and training that large corporations rely on, but at an affordable and practical scale. Whether it is achieving COR®, ISO 45001, or ISO 14001 certification, managing WSIB reporting, developing safety programs, or delivering customized training, our mission is to simplify the process while building strong, sustainable safety systems.

With over 25 years of combined experience in Occupational Health and Safety, compliance management, and operations across industries such as construction, oil & gas, transportation, manufacturing, and logistics, we bring both depth and practical insight to every project.
