Building safety
From the ground up, we help construction companies meet COR® and OHSA standards, reduce incidents, and strengthen compliance.
In the construction sector, safety is the cornerstone of every successful and sustainable project. With complex operations that often involve working at heights, handling heavy machinery, managing multiple contractors, and meeting tight project deadlines, the potential for risk is ever-present. That’s why effective safety management requires more than simply meeting compliance requirements—it demands proactive leadership, clear communication, and a deep commitment to continuous improvement.
Our services are designed to support construction organizations at every level, from leadership to front-line workers. We help you implement and maintain Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems aligned with COR® and OHSA standards, conduct thorough risk assessments, and deliver practical training that empowers supervisors and tradespeople to make safety a daily priority. Through customized audits, policy development, and incident prevention strategies, we help reduce workplace injuries, improve productivity, and enhance your company’s reputation for reliability and care.
By investing in a robust safety culture, your organization not only protects its people but also builds trust with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies. A strong safety record strengthens your competitive advantage in securing bids and ensures your projects are delivered on time, on budget, and without compromise. Let us be your trusted safety partner—helping you create safer, more efficient worksites that drive both performance and peace of mind.
The Problem
On multi-contractor sites, inadequate coordination between general contractors and subcontractors often results in overlapping work zones, unclear responsibilities, and safety hazards such as blocked access routes or conflicting equipment use.
Our Solutions
We facilitated the development of a Contractor Management and Coordination Program to improve communication across trades. Daily pre-task coordination talks were established, including a shared site hazard board and clearly defined roles and responsibilities for each contractor. We also implemented a Permit-to-Work and Hazard Reporting System, ensuring all high-risk activities were reviewed jointly before starting.
Result: Cross-trade conflicts and work stoppages were reduced by 40%, and incident reporting became more proactive and collaborative.
